Mattress Gallery: Refund Policy
Should Mattress Gallery supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty on delivery, Mattress Gallery shall exchange the unit for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Certain made-to-order items may only be returned for a replacement but not for refund.
If damages incurred are not as a result of Mattress Gallery, we will only accept items back if they are still sealed in original factory wrapping, within 7 days. These items may be refunded, minus any delivery fees. If the packaging has been opened but the product not used, Mattress Gallery may, at their discretion, refund less any delivery fees and charge a handling / rewrapping fee of up to 10%.
Mattress Gallery works on a seven-day refund policy, provided all details regarding the refund are known.
Mattress Gallery offers a 30-night ‘Happiness Guarantee’: if you are not comfortable on your Mattress Gallery mattress within 30 nights of buying it, we will exchange it for another. Terms and conditions apply.
Cash refunds will not be given, and any monies due will be paid back into the user’s bank account.
